Terms and Conditions.
We, at Kmbur, want to make sure you get what you expected and a little more if possible, in order to accomplish that we need to tell some little stuff that's really important for you to know. We have call them Terms and Conditions, but they are only guidelines on our work.
All orders MUST be paid in full to be process. Turnaround time is 10-12 business days from date of art approval and or receipt of product, RUSH is available for an extra service charge. We do not guarantee any transfer products, jacket printing or any treated product. Customer has proper documentation or permission to duplicate or recreate any images, logo or artwork. Any orders run but not picked up within a timely manner will be processed through collections. Prices and availability are subject to change.
Reviewing your mock-ups. T-Shirt Graphics are for placement reference ONLY. Be aware that colors of apparel and ink may vary. For specific custom colors PMS MUST be provided (additional charge applies). Exact scale may vary on printed garments. Items are subject to change depending on stock availability at the time of proccesing orders. If not specific style is indicated Brand and color will be replaced for the same material/different brand.
All garments must be inspected before merchandise is taken, it is your responsibility to check merchandise by color size style design and printing location. Once you leave the shop we are not responsible for any missing or damaged item.
If merchandise is to be shipped be aware that we are not responsible for any damage during the shipping process or cause by the carrier.
We do not accept returns unless a mistake has been made by our team. WE DO NOT ISSUE CASH/CHECK OR CREDIT CARD REFUNDS.
In the event a claim or return needs to be made it MUST be summited by customer no later than 15 days after order has been received / delivered. We take no responsibility for any claim summited after the 15 days timeframe.
Unless otherwise arranged prior to production, all artwork and digitizing created by Kmbur for your order remains the property of Kmbur and will be maintained at our facility for our exclusive usage in executing your orders. Because our policy is to render art/digitizing/etc. services for production orders solely on a cost-recovery basis, any transfer to the client rights to creative works and materials prepared or contracted by our personnel is subject to reasonable release fees, commensurate with the creative services rendered and at a value as determined solely by us.
